Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands-on method to diagnose and treat soft tissue disorders.  Our doctors use their knowledge of anatomy and biomechanical function to help the body heal chronic and acute muscle, tendon and joint injuries, as well as nerve entrapment syndromes.  ART practitioners are certified in spinal, lower and upper extremity regions and have developed diagnostic skills and treatment protocols through extensive post graduate studies.

ART is commonly used as a conservative treatment for repetitive use injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff strains and lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).  It can also be part of a treatment protocol for acute and chronic issues due to arthritis, headache syndromes and TMJ dysfunction.  ART is a perfect addition to traditional chiropractic care and patient education.  Learn more at Dr. Chris has blended Chiropractic Rehabilitation into our Center’s unique Yoga Practice.  Many of our students are also patients of the practice which allows our practitioners, doctors and teachers to work together to formulate an exercise program that best suits the individual.  Patients are often referred to classes to help build and
